Refund & Cancellation Policy

A legal disclaimer

All services are all priced and billed on a monthly subscription basis.

Any purchase of our services indicates you have read and agree to the terms. Any updates to terms will be sent by email as made. 

Pause (max 2 weeks) and cancellation requests are permitted at any time without prior notice, but need to be communicated directly by phone or email.

Cancellations:

Refunds of 75% max will be provided for cancelation requests submitted within 48 hours of renewal date.

Any cancelations made after that will not be eligible for any refund amount for that month's subscription, however the following month will be cancelled, and no future charges will be added.

You are welcome to use any remaining time from our services if requested.

Renewal or changes to subscription level are available at any time.

 

Only 1 trial week permitted per family.

Pauses:

Pause requests have a maximum of a 2 week allowance before automatically resuming charges. Multiple requests must be a minimum of 2 months apart. (i.e. January 1st pause request, account not eligible for another Pause till March)
